stage 1-  the player sees the picture and hears its correct pronunciation. While looking for the right matches he hears it over and over again.

 

 

Stage 2-   the player matches the correct sound with the correct picture.

He either hears or sees the picture. Here he uses his knowledge from the stage 1 to find the correct matches.
